1921: Completed by H. C. Stülcken Sohn, Hamburg (Yd.No.557) for Schmidt, Cordes & Harms, Hamburg as HINRICH CORDES.
1924: Sold to Ludwig Janssen & Co, Geestemuende. Renamed FRIESLAND (PG365).
4.4.1940: Captured with two other trawlers by HMS HOSTILE (P.No.H55) in position 70.06.5N 17.01.5E off the Norwegian coast. Crew of thirteen plus one woman (clandestine passenger).
12.4.1940: Brought in to a NE Scottish port by a prize crew.
1940: Fitted out as a minesweeper and commissioned into RN (P.No.FY.1663).
1946: Sold to Kelvin Trawlers Ltd, Glasgow. Registered at Leith as KELVINWAY (LH191) (O.N.181185).
1946: Remeasured 277g 125n.
10.1947: Leith registry closed.

20.9.1948: Off Start Point, Sanday, Orkney struck by heavy seas, Skipper and mate dead and others injured. Put in to Kirkwall.
