18.3.1915: Launched by J. Duthie Torry Shipbuilding Co, Aberdeen (Yd.No.415) for The New Docks Steam Trawling Co (Fleetwood) Ltd, Fleetwood. as ERNA.
17.5.1915: Registered at Fleetwood (FD158).
5.1915: Completed (Joseph A. Taylor & Ernest Tomlinson, managers). Requisitioned from the builder and fitted out as a minelayer and later a minesweeper (1-6pdr HA) (Ad.No.1586).
23.2.1916: Attached to Unit.104, Dover Patrol, picked up one crew member of steamer SEA SERPENT mined in Channel.
1.4.1916: Sweeping with PRINCE LEO (GY920)(Ad.No.1634), caught German submarine in sweep wire. Destroyer exploded depth charge over wire and trawlers freed, but could not determine if submarine was destroyed.
12.3.1919: Waiting instructions whether required for Post-War Service (SS).
1920: Returned to owner at Fleetwood.
1924: William W. Brierley appointed manager.
8.6.1930: In Wyre Channel, one of 23 trawlers inbound, attempted to pass grounded steam trawler NELLIE BRADDOCK (FD175) aground on Tiger’s Tail off lock pit, came fast and completely blocked channel. Refloated on next tide and entered Wyre Dock.
27.9.1930: Stripped propeller on way home from fishing grounds. Steam trawler THE ROMAN (FD151) connected and commenced tow to Fleetwood.
12.1938: Sold to The Clifton Steam Trawlers Ltd, Fleetwood.
9.1.1940: Requisitioned for war service and appointed as a boom defence vessel.
17.1.1940: Returned to owner.
1.2.1940: Requisitioned for war service as a boom defence vessel (P.No. Z.112) (Hire rate £94.15.0d/month).
23.11.1943: Compulsorily acquired by M.O.W.T.
1944: Based at Portsmouth (Fraser & White Ltd, agents).
1948: Laid up pending survey.

18.10.1935: Off the Western Isles in very heavy weather (Sk. George Abram*) observed rockets and flares from a vessel in distress. Steamed towards vessel and found steam trawler DHOON (FD348) disabled with severe heavy weather damage.*
20.10.1935: At 7.00am after almost twelve hours and many attempts, continuously swept by heavy seas, connected and proceeded for Fleetwood.
22.10.1935: At 4.20am. arrived Fleetwood after a very difficult 48 hour tow and delivered alongside at North End. Later landed 104 kits – 100 boxes 20 baskets, £359 gross.
30.8.1939: Requisitioned for war service as a minesweeper (P.No. FY.624) (Hire rate £86.5.0d/month).
7.1946: Reclassed at Fleetwood and returned to owner.
27.9.1949: One of five trawlers that went aground in the Wyre Channel in thick fog when outward for the fishing grounds. Refloated next tide and proceeded.
12.10.1949: Landed 308 kits, £1460 gross.
1952: Sold to The Cevic Steam Fishing Co Ltd, Fleetwood (Richard Neave, manager).
1958: Sold to Haulbowline Industries Ltd, Passage West, Co. Cork for breaking up.
24.11.1958: Sailed Fleetwood for Cork.
26.11.1958: Arrived Passage West.

1865: Completed by J. & C. Hoad, Rye as MILO, for Christopher Rice, Hull.
16.01.1866: Registered at Hull (H50).
03.10.1867: Smack JUNO (Capt.Buckingham) and other vessels anchored off Heligoland, riding out heavy WNW Gale. At 11:00 an unnamed schooner anchored nearby began to drag, despite deploying a second anchor. Schooner grounded a mile offshore and crew took to rigging. A boat was launched from MILO but the two crewmen manning did not have sufficient strength to reach the vessel and had to return to MILO. Crew saved by veering a boat from HALO down to the casualty and taking off the crew.
21.01.1869: Two young persons (Henry Durbridge and Thomas Wilson) charged with being suspected persons after being found in the cabin. Reported by a man named Foote. Constable Pickering attended. Both lads remanded.
1.1.1870: Owned by William Jeffs, Kingston-upon-Hull.
07.02.1873: Returned to port with bulwark and other damage, after a collision in the Humber.
17.07.1874: A fisherboy named George Poskitt fell from the masthead. Taken to Hull infirmary suffering head and leg injuries.
12.1877: Sold to George Draper, Grimsby.
12.1877: Registered at Grimsby (GY683).
16.03.1878: Offered for sale along with other ketch rigged smacks. Realised almost £1000 but did not reach reserve.
25.10.1878: Dismasted, sails blown away and bulwark damage. Smack WALTER DREW (Sk. Lyon) closed and towed to port. Salvage claim subsequently went to court.
1.1.1880: Owned by The Grimsby Smack Co Ltd. Grimsby.
1.1.1883: Owned by Harrison Mudd, Holbrook House, Grimsby.
2.1888: Sold to George Miller, 33 Church St, Fleetwood (managing owner). To be skippered by Mr. David Leadbetter.
2.1888: Grimsby registry closed.

20.5.1895: Reported that in a moderate NW gale, with squalls, had mainmast carry away. Smack RED ROSE (FD99 ) (Sk. T. Bond) connected and delivered Fleetwood.

19.2.1913: At BoT formal investigation at Milford, the Court found Sk. Gibbs guilty of failing to keep a proper look out and suspended his ticket for nine months. The Second Hand, William Blockwell was found guilty of unsatisfactory conduct in attempting to save life and his ticket suspended for three months.
9.2.1915: Requisitioned for war service as a minesweeper (1-12pdr, 1-7.5” A/S Howitzer & W/T) (Ad.No.975). Fitted as Leader. Based Kirkwall.
By 12.3.1919: Returned to owner at Milford Haven.
21.3.1929: Stranded on rocks off Lonehort Point, Bere Island, Co. Cork; making water. Destroyer HMS SCYTHE (P.No.H22) standing by. At 10.00am. refloated under own power and proceeded.
20.8.1931: Stranded on rocks off Irish Coast for six hours but refloated; boat lost.
25.2.1934: Sold to Boston Deep Sea Fishing & Ice Co Ltd, Fleetwood (Fred Parkes, Blackpool, manager).
30.2.1934: Sold to Mason Trawlers Ltd, Fleetwood (Thomas Cardwell, manager).

11.3.1949: On West of Scotland grounds (Sk. J.C.Smith); fourteen crew all told. In response to radio message attended Fleetwood trawler BEN BHEULA (A422) (Sk. W. Cowell) off Barra in heavy weather and hail storms taking in water in boiler room. Connected and towed into Castlebay for shelter.
13.3.1949: Still connected, in hail and sleet, swept by high seas on to reef. All crew abandoned in boat and taken onboard BEN BHEULA, later taken by Barra lifeboat to Castlebay.
15.3.1949: Liverpool & Glasgow Salvage Association attended but wreck declared a total loss.
1949: Fleetwood registry closed.
