10.8.1920: Transferred to Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, London.
1920: Leased to Henry Dingle, Thornton-le-Fylde (managing owner).
6.8.1920: Registered at Fleetwood (Part I & Part IV) as CASTLEBAY O.N.141956 (FD377).
5.6.1922: Sk. Jeffrey Wright fined £40 at Campbeltown for engaging in otter trawling within the prohibited limit in the Firth of Clyde.
8.1923: Returned to Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries, London.

1956: Converted by Hamilton Brothers Ltd, Buckie, fitted with 4stroke 8-cyl 275bhp oil engine by R. A. Lister & Co Ltd, Dursley (engine built 1941).
6.1957: Fishing from Fleetwood.
1960: Re-engined with 2stroke 5-cyl 320bhp oil engine by Crossley Bros. Ltd, Manchester.
Pre 1964: Owners restyled William Wilson, Fleetwood c/o Hazael Fishing Co Ltd (J. Thain, manager).
10.1968: Laid up.
1969: Sold to Messrs C. & J. Davies Ltd, Fleetwood for breaking up.
1975: Buckie registry closed.

1919: Launched by A. Hall & Co Ltd, Aberdeen (Yd.No.562) ( “Admiralty drifter”) for The Admiralty as WAVELET (Ad.No.4121).
5.2.1919: Forms for tender to purchase received by the Admiralty.
21.2.1919: Completed as a fishing vessel.
4.1919: Sold to George W. Green Ltd, Gt Yarmouth (James Bloomfield, manager).
15.4.1919: Registered at Yarmouth as OCEAN DAWN (YH47). (First Admiralty standard steam drifter registered at Yarmouth). Trawling from Yarmouth.
22.12.1922: Neil Mackay, Gt Yarmouth appointed manager.
30.7.1925: Sold to Bloomfields Ltd, Gt Yarmouth.
1928 season: At Yarmouth best landing 283 cran of herring.
1941: Transferred to Bloomfield’s Ltd, Fleetwood management. Trawling from Fleetwood during WW2.
28.9.1941: When some 9 miles SWbyS from Morecambe Bay Light Vessel, took off crew and connected to steam drifter MURIELLE (LT269) which had suffered an explosion from mine hauled in trawl. Commenced tow to Fleetwood, but started to settle and foundered 3 miles W by N of Blackpool Tower. All crew landed at Fleetwood.
17.7.1943: Typical wartime landing. 164 kits – hake-51, cod/codling-43, whiting-29, flats-7, roker-29, gurnard-2, dogs-3.
1946: Transferred to Bloomfield’s Ltd, Gt Yarmouth.
19.11.1945: At Yarmouth landed 170 crans.
22.3.1946: In heavy weather some 36 miles off Yarmouth (Sk. Charles Johnson). In the morning sighted a small motor-cruiser in difficulties. Closed boat and found four youths in distress and took them onboard, but weather prevented taking the boat in tow. On arrival Yarmouth, boys transferred to hospital. (Boat had been stolen from Broadstairs by the boys who had been without food and water for four or five days).
4.11.1946: At Yarmouth landed 210 crans.
1950s: Seasonal white fish trawling from Fleetwood.
5.10.1952: At Yarmouth landed 160 crans.
5.11.1953: At Yarmouth landed 160 crans.
14.11.1955: At Yarmouth landed 140 crans.
12.1955: Sold to Belgian shipbreakers for breaking up.
19.12.1955: Yarmouth registry closed.

25.6.1914: Launched by Dundee Shipbuilding Co Ltd, Dundee (Yd.No.266) for Devon Steam Trawling Co Ltd, Fleetwood as LUCIDA.
21.8.1914: Registered at Fleetwood (FD20). George Clarkson designated manager.
8.1914: Completed. Requisitioned from the builders for war service as a minesweeper (1-12pdr, 1-7.5” A/S Howitzer) (Ad.No.925).
1916: James Alexander Robertson designated manager.
1917: At Berehaven, Co. Cork as armed trawler.
1.4.1917: With HM Trawler DRAKE II (Ad.No.817) (GY1163) assisted HM Trawler INAWILLIAM (Ad.No.2658) (GY872) towing British steam tanker LUCILINE (3765grt/1899) from Ventry, Co. Kerry to Berehaven (LUCILINE was torpedoed on 13.3.1917 by U-boat (U61) some 40 miles WNW of Tearaght Island, Co. Kerry) . After leaving weather deteriorated and great difficulty was experienced in getting the ship round.
2.4.1917: At 7.00 am arrived Berehaven.
5.12.1918: Sold to The Active Fishing Co Ltd, Fleetwood. James A. Robertson designated manager.
Post 12.3.1919: Returned to owner at Fleetwood.
12.10.1924: James A. Robertson died.
10.1924: Alan Marr designated manager.
1.12.1925: Alan Marr died.
12.1925: Joseph Arthur Marr designated manager.
1.4.1929: Joseph A. Marr retired to manage Dinas Steam Trawling Co Ltd.
4.1929: Geoffrey Edwards Marr designated manager.
20.1.1931: At Bangor, Sk. T. Rogerson was fined £10 for illegal trawling off the Welsh coast.
11.11.1933: Fishing off Barra arrested by HMS DOON for fishing without lights. Armed guard placed on board and ordered to proceed to Stornoway, but made off with HMS DOON in pursuit.
12.11.1933: Apprehended by HMS DOON off Cumberland coast. Skipper taken onboard and both proceeded to Larne.
13.11.1933: Sailed Larne for Stornoway.
17.11.1933: At the Sheriff Court, Stornoway, Sk. Bertram was found Not Guilty of refusing to comply with instructions given by the Captain of HMS DOON.
10.1934: Sold to George Robb & Sons Ltd, Aberdeen.
20.10.1934: Fleetwood registry closed.
22.10.1934: Registered at Aberdeen (A175). George Robb designated manager.
1939: Sold to Boston Deep Sea Fishing & Ice Co Ltd, Fleetwood. Basil Arthur Parkes, Blackpool designated manager.
11.1.1940: Mined in North Sea; Sk. A. C. Thundercliffe and crew of eleven lost.
